Tira Mira Kuccha Mango Pickle is a traditional Bihari achar made from peeled and de-seeded raw mangoes cut into chunky pieces. Only the edible mango flesh is used, giving this pickle a rich texture and authentic taste. Prepared with spices and mustard oil and matured through sun fermentation, it delivers a bold spicy and tangy flavour. Packed in a glass jar, it pairs perfectly with everyday Indian meals.

Tira Mira Lemon Pickle (Nimbu Ka Achar) is prepared using a traditional Bihari sun-fermentation method that focuses on balance, patience and natural preparation. The process begins by selecting fresh lemons, of which more than 50% are cut and their juice is carefully extracted. This lemon juice is then naturally sun-dried to reduce excessive sharp sourness while preserving its natural tang.

After sun-drying, the concentrated lemon juice is blended with hand-ground spices and natural oil. The remaining cut lemon pieces are mixed back into this spice-infused juice, ensuring that every piece is evenly coated with masala. This method allows the spices to bind deeply with the lemon rather than remaining separate, resulting in a well-balanced flavour and consistent texture.

The prepared pickle is then sun-fermented for nearly 15 days, allowing natural heat and time to enhance taste without the use of preservatives, colours or chemical additives. After fermentation, the pickle is rested inside glass jars for about one month. During this slow maturation period, the lemon softens naturally and absorbs the masala completely, developing a rich, rounded and authentic flavour.

This traditional process gives Tira Mira Lemon Pickle its signature masaledar, khatta and chatpata taste, making it a perfect accompaniment for dal-chawal, roti, paratha, khichdi and everyday Indian meals.
