At Tira Mira, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of food products, we follow strict quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
1. No Return Policy (Food Products)
All products sold on www.tiramira.com are food items.
As per industry standards and food safety regulations:
- Food products cannot be returned
- Returned food items cannot be resold
- Hygiene and safety risks are involved

2. Replacement / Refund Eligibility
Replacement or refund is applicable only in the following cases:
β Case 1: Damaged or Leaked Product
- Glass jar broken
- Oil or pickle leaked
- Seal found broken or tampered
Resolution:

β Full refund if replacement is not possible
β Case 2: Wrong or Missing Product
- Wrong flavour delivered
- Incorrect quantity
- Missing item in the order

π No refund or replacement will be provided in such cases.
3. Reporting Timeline
- Any issue must be reported within 36 hours of delivery
- Customers must share clear photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect product
Complaints raised after 36 hours may not be eligible for resolution.
4. Refund Processing Time
- Refunds will be initiated within 3 working days
- Amount will be credited within 7β10 working days, depending on the bank or payment method
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.
